Children's toys
Children's toys such as dolls and balls are manufactured by rotational molding, where a PVC plastisol is poured into a mold and fused by rotating it around every axis.
This method produces blow molded articles with excellent surface quality, and can even be used for complicated shapes. In this way dolls are given their distinctive facial expression and even tiny details such as fingernails can be easily reproduced.
